A classic Sumatran coffee with bold chocolate notes.
One of the few dark roasted coffee that we offer. It is a tribute to the coffee we've had in Bali, smooth with a full-body.
Our prefered brewing method: Immersion with an Aeropress.
200ml of water for 12g of coffee, finely ground.
Add all the water to the coffee, let it steep for 4min then break the crust. Let it steep for another 4min then serve.
